Terms and Conditions of Repair Service
We offer a repair service to most makes and models of laptops, PCs and Apple Mac computers. The normal procedure is to drop off the item to our offices for diagnosis. We will then perform an inspection and diagnose/confirm any fault and then quote a fixed price repair where possible. The inspection fee is £40 which only becomes chargeable should the client not wish to proceed with the repair or in the event that the unit is irreparable.

Office 365 — Should You Upgrade?
Microsoft’s latest Office versions (2016 and Office 365) will only run on Windows 7 or later. This begs the question: should you still be using Windows XP or Vista? The answer is No! This is backed up by the recent Cyber Attack on the NHS by the so-called Wannacry Ransomware virus, which will quickly encrypt all your files. If you want advice on upgrading, call us today on 01480 560050.

Small Business Server 2003 End of Life
Microsoft withdrew support for Small Business Server 2003 as of July 14, 2015. This means Microsoft terminated crucial security updates and patches. The reason the NHS was so vulnerable to the recent Cyber Attack was because they were still using Windows XP. There are three main options: do nothing (not sensible), move to the Cloud, or upgrade to a later OS such as Windows SBS 2008, 2011, or Server 2012. We have the answers — get in touch as soon as possible!
