Microsoft’s latest Office versions (2016 and Office 365) will only run on windows 7 or later, much to the annoyance of many!

However this begs the question should I still be using Windows XP or Vista and the answer is No! This is backed up by the recent Cyber Attack on the NHS and other companies by the so called Wannacry Ransomware virus which once it takes hold will very quickly encrypt all your files so they are unreadable. You then have the option of paying a Ransom to get your files back, but in many cases you will not even get a response from them after paying up!
